What is not included?

Plans do not include hardware costs, software subscriptions, parts, advanced data recovery, major projects, emergency onsite response, or repair work that requires a certified hardware repair shop.

Can family members coordinate support?

Yes. With permission, a family member can help coordinate support, receive recommendations, and help make decisions for a loved one.

Is onsite help available outside the DMV?

Remote support is available in the United States. Onsite support is currently focused on the DMV area and is scheduled based on availability.
